Amcor sent the ring promptly and quickly they were very good about following up to assure about resizing if needed. My wife really loved her ring, it was a challenge to separate her from it to get resized. Amcor’s service was great, we had time to size her finger and then contact them again. All I had to do was cover for the shipping to them, send the size and order number and they sent back right away. I am not a regular jewelry gift type person, and very skeptical ordering one online, but i really liked the types of designs that Amcor carried. After receiving the ring i couldn’t be happier myself. When i purposed to my now fiance with this ring she realized there was a major flaw in the diamond in her eyes. We loved the ring, but she couldnt take her eyes off the flaw. I contacted Amcor, worked with their team and they were able to accomedate us in our request to have the center stone changed. We still love the diamond and get compliments on it, but most of all I am impressed that they were willing to work with us even though it was 3 months after I bought the diamond (what can I say, it took me a while to pop the question). But their service is definitely an A+
